Instructions
Chicken and shrimps marinade with seasonings for 15 minutes
The sauce mixture mix well. Do a taste test as per your liking. Store the sauce mixture in fridge
Slice both side of the pineapple. Cut along the edge of the pineapple with a knife. Take the flesh out
Put one slice back into the pineapple to form a bowl
Add gradually ice cold water to the batter mixture until the batter is thickened. Add chickens and shrimps in batter and mix them well
Add 200 ml of oil to the pan. Heat it over medium high heat until the oil reaches 180 degrees
Add chickens and shrimps in the pan. Fry them until golden brown for about 5-6 minutes
Add in the sauce mixture to the diced pineapple, fried chicken and shrimps. Mix them well.
Put all cooked ingredients into the pineapple bowl. Serve it in hot.
