Instructions
Cut along the bone at the bottom of the drumsticks with a knife. Marinate with the seasoning for at least 3 hours or even overnight
Place the coating ingredients into a plastic bag. Add the marinated drumsticks to the bag and shake until the drumsticks are fully coated with the mixture.
Arrange the drumsticks evenly on a baking sheet and brush them with oil.
Air fry it with 180°C/350°F for 18-20 mins
Or oven roasted with 220°C/425°F for 25-30 mins
