Heat the pan over medium heat. Add in 2 tsp oil. Add in the pork and pan-fry it until the pork is golden. Flip over, add in group A sauce mixture. Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
Dish up the tofu puff first. Add in Group B sauce mixture into the pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium and bring the sauce to boiling
Add in starch mixture until the sauce is thickened. Pour the sauce over the tofu puff. Garnish it with sesame seeds.
