Instructions
Marinade the steak with beef seasoning for 30 minutes
Season the potatoes with potato seasoning, Air fry them with 195°C for 18 minutes [Or bake it in oven with 200°C for 25 minutes]
Fry the steak over medium-high heat for 1 minute on each side until medium done. Set it aside
Add in garlic, diced shallots, and onions and sautée over medium-high heat until the onion is soft. Add in baked potatoes and cooked steak
Add the sauce mixture and mix it well. Put on the preheated iron plate. Serve it hot
