Instructions
Mince the shrimps finely. Add in to the pork and mix it until the mixture is sticky.
Add in the seasoning and the rest of ingredients. Mix it well
Slice the spring roll wrapper (6cm long x 0.5cm wide). Add in 1 tbsp of oil and mix it well
Divide the mixture into 14-16 balls. Wrap it with the spring roll wrapper slices
Put the patties into air fry. Air fry it with 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
Flip the shrimps ball over. Air fry it 200°C/400°F for another 8 mins. Serve it hot
Other cooking method
Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4-6 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 25-30 minutes. Flip once.
