Sauce mixture

Instructions
Marinade the pork ribs for at least 1 hour or more
Mix the sauce mixture. Chill it in the refrigerator for later use
Add sweet potato flour to the baking tray. All in the pork ribs and coat entire ribs with starch. Set it aside and wait for 10 minutes.
Put the ribs in the air fryer. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry at 190°C/380°F for 8 minutes
Flip the ribs over. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry for 7 minutes at 200°C/390°F
In a large bowl, Mix the pork ribs and the sauce mixture together. Serve it hot

Notes
* Marinade it longer with yogurt will make the ribs more tender* For oven bake: Baked at 200°C/390°F for 15-20 minutes.* Pan frying: Pan fry for 5-8 minutes on each side over medium heat with about 50 ml of oil.
