2tbsptamarind paste[fig4]or replace it with steak sauce like HP/A1

3tbspketchupcondensed milk
3tbspbrown sugar([fig7])

120mlfresh pineapple juice + water
Starch mixture

Instructions
Cut the pork into bite-sized and marinate with the seasoning for 15 minutes
Coat the pork with sweet potato starch and wait for 10 minutes, preheat the air fryer
Put the pork chops in the air fryer. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry at 190°C/380°F for 8 minutes
Flip the pork chop over. Coat with a thin layer of oil. Air fry for 5 minutes at 200°C/390°F
Heat up a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp oil. Saute the green peppers and onions for 2 minutes
Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Add the pineapple. Add enough cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens
Turn off the heat, add the cooked pork and mix well. Serve it hot.
