Slice the pork. Add in the seasoning and mix well. Marinade for about 15mins
Rinse and clean the tofu puff. Cut it in half. Add the seasoning and mix it well.
Put the tofu puff in a heat proofed dish. Top with the pork. Steam it over high heat for 12-15 mins
Add the green onion and chili to garnish. Enjoy
