Instructions
Marinade the chicken with seasoning for at least 1 hour
Coat both side of chicken with flour. Add 4 tbsp of oil into the pan. Heat it up with medium high heat
Pan fried the chicken each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cook through. Dish up and put it aside
Heat the pan over medium high heat. Add in 1stp of oil. Add in the onion. Stir fry until the onion is soft (about 2 mins)
Add in the sauce mixture and bring it to boil. Thicken the sauce with starch mixture. Add in the peach and mix it well
Put the fried chicken in a dish. Top with sauce mixture and peach. Enjoy
