Instructions
Put the 6-inch long baking pan into the oven. Preheat the oven at 220C/425F
Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and sugar well. Add in the flour and mix until smooth. Sieve once
Take out the preheated baking pan. Coat it with butter. Add in the pancake mixture
Put it in the oven and bake at 220°C/425°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
Lower the oven temperature to 170°C/340°F and bake extra 4-8 minutes
ake out the pancake. Top with fruit and syrups or other ingredients you like
