Instructions
Peel the potato and sweet potato. Steam 20 mins until they are soft
Mash the potato, sweet potato and combined the rest of the ingredients. Evenly divide the mixture. Press to form the patties
Heat the pan with medium low heat. Add in 1tbsp of oil. Pan fry the patties 3-5 mins on each side until both side is golden
Air fryer: Air fry 200°C/400°F for 8-10 mins.
Oven: Bake 220°C/420°F,for 12-15min
