Instructions
Slice the pork into small pieces. Add in the pork seasoning and marinade it for 15 mins
Peel and cut the potato into big pieces. Simmer it in boiling water over low heat for 20 mins
Heat the pan over high heat. Add in 2 tsp of oil. Add in the pork and pan fry until each side for 3-4 mins. Put it aside.
Heat the pan with high heat. Add in 1 tsp of oil. Add in the onion, shallots, and garlic. Stir fry them until fragrant. Add in tomato and mix it well
Once the onion is soft, add in the sauce mixture. Turn the heat to medium low. Simmer for 1-2 mins. Add in the pork.
To mash the potato, drain all the water out of the pot. Add in the potato seasoning. Mash it while it is still hot until it is smooth.
Put the mashed potato into the container, top with tomato sauce mixture with the pork, then cheese. Put the container into the oven. Bake it with the highest temperature until the cheese is melted and golden.
