Seasoning the chicken for at least 3 hours. Prepare the rice and let it cool down completely. Mix and combine well the crust mixture.
Mix in the egg the cornstarch with the chicken. Coat the chicken with the crust mixture. Freeze them for 15 mins
Air fry the chicken 185°C/360°F for 6 mins
Meanwhile, heat the pan with 1 tsp oil over medium high heat. Stir fry the onion, assorted vege, tomato and minced garlic for 2 mins
Add in sauce mixture and bring it to boil. Add enough starch mixture to thicken the sauce. Put it aside.
Turn the chicken over. Air fry 195°C/380 °F for 4 mins
On the same time, heat the pan with 2 tsp of oil over high heat. Mix the egg with the rice. Stir fry the rice until golden. Add 1/2 tsp salt to season
Put fried rice in a tray. Top with tomato sauce. Top 1/2 cheese. Top the fried chicken. Top with cheese slice. Top another fried chicken. Top with 1/2 cheese.
Air fry all ingredients with 195°C/380 °F for 3 mins or until the cheese is melted and golden.
