Instructions
Soak the rice with water for at least 3 hours
Drain all the water. Mix the seasoning and the rice together. Dice cured sausage, pork belly, dried shrimps and mushroom. Set them aside
Put rice, diced cured sausage, pork belly, dried shrimps and mushroom into the rice cooker. Add in the water. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook the rice (usually, about 30-50mins)
Pan fried the egg in a frying pan with 1 tsp of oil. Slice it and set it aside.
Once the rice is cooked, mix it well. Let it sit in the rice cooker for another 10 mins
It is now ready to serve. You can top the rice with fried shallot, green onion and egg slices.
