Put all the aromatic herbs into a cheesecloth bag. Put it into the pot
Add in the water and seasoning. Bring the water to boil over high heat. Turn the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 mins. Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 15 mins
Remove the aromatic herbs bag. Bring the broth to boil over high heat. Poach the chicken both side for 10-15 mins. Take the chicken aside.
Add in the goji berry. Put the chicken down in the pot (chicken back side down). Turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mins. Turn off the heat. Let it sit for another 10 mins
Take the chicken out. Bring the sauce mixture to boil again over high heat.
Turn off the heat. Put the chicken down (chicken breast side down). Cover the pot with the lid. Let the chicken sit in the broth for another 20 mins
Take the chicken out and cool it down. Cut into pieces. Enjoy
