Instructions
Beat the egg. Then mix the rest of the ingredients
Heat the non stick pan with 1 tsp of oil over medium heat. Coat the pan evenly with a paper towel
Add enough egg mixture to fill up the pan. Turn the heat to low. Once the egg is firmed, roll it up.
Coat the pan with paper towel from step 1. Add enough egg mixture to fill up the pan again. Once it is firm, roll it up again.
Repeat until the egg mixture is all used. Dish it up and cut into thick pieces. Enjoy
