Cut off the top and the bottom part of the eggplants. Slice it into thick pieces. Cut open each pieces but do not completely cut it off.

Stuff the beef mixture into the cut open eggplants. Place them into baking dish. Add the pasta sauce into the dish. Oven grill it with 190°C/375°F for 15 mins
Take the dish out. Top the eggplants with shredded cheese. Put it back to oven. Grill it 200°C/400°F for 5 mins

Tips and notes1 mix the beef with tofu can make the meat texture more soft and juicy2 It is not a good idea to oven grill the eggplant with high teamperature.
