Cut along the legs bone for each chicken legs. Marinade the bottom with the seasoning
Marinade the skin side with sea salt. Put it in the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours
Dried the chicken legs. Coat evenly each side with flour. Put it on the baking tray covered by parchment paper. Brush evenly the skin with oil.
Preheat the oven 220°C/425°F. Place the chicken legs in oven. Roast it for 25-30 mins
Air fryer cooking time and temperature:
air fry for 190°C/375°F for 22-25 mins
Spice salt
Heat the salt in the pan without any oil over medium heat for 3 mins. Add in the spice and mix it well.
