Boil the pork ears into boiling water over high heat for 5 mins. Rinse and clean it well.
Pan fry the Chinese marinate aromatic herbs in a pan over medium heat for 2 mins
Add the Chinese marinate ingredients into the pot. Bring it to boil over high heat. Add in Chinese marinate aromatic herbs. Turn the heat down to low. Cover and simmer for 15 mins
Add in the pork ears. Bring the mixture to boil again. Cover and simmer for 5 mins
Turn off the heat and let it sit for at least 2 hours (or over night). Take the pork ears out and slice it. Serve it the garlic vinegar mixture. Enjoy
Notes
You can save the Chinese marinate and using it in future. Just keep the mixture into freezer. When re-using it, adjust the taste accordingly.
