Mix the baking soda with water. Add it with the reset of the seasoning into the beef and mix it well. Marinade for at least 30 mins
Add 2 tsp of oil in the pan. Heat it with high heat. When the pan and hot is oil. Add in the beef and pan-fry until both side is golden. When it is about medium done, dish it up and put it aside.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over high heat. Add the shredded onions and stir-fry until softened, about 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside
Bring the chicken to boil over high heat in the pan. Add the salt to season. Once it is boiled, add in the shredded green onion, yellow chives, cooked onion and cooked beef
Add starch mixture until the sauce thickens. Then, reduce the heat to lowest. Pour in the beaten eggs. Let is cook for about 1 minute or until they just begin to set.
Mix well all ingredients together. Dish it up and enjoy it.
