Cut the quail in half. Clean it well. Blanch and put it aside. Rinse and clean all the other ingredients. Put them aside.
Put all the ingredients (except the goji and cordyceps) into double boiler. Add in water. Stew for 2 hour and 30 mins over low heat.
Add in the goji and cordycep. Turn off the heat. Let them sit for another 15 mins.
