Instructions
Preheat the waffle maker or the waffle plate
Combine all the batter mixture until smooth. Add in the flour and mix it smooth. Put it aside
Put the meringue ingredient in a bowl. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks. Add it into the batter mixture in 2 separated batch
Coat the waffle plate with a layer of oil. Add in batter mixture. Cook for 4 mins or until golden
Place the waffle on the cooling rack for 1 mins. Dish it up and serve it with syrups and butter.
