Beat the eggs well, add the egg seasoning and mix thoroughly, then set aside for later use.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the wok and heat it over high heat. Add the tomatoes and ½ teaspoon of sugar, stir-frying for 1-2 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add the sauce mixture, mix it well and bring it to boil. Turn the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 mins
Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the egg mixture and cook until the bottom is golden and the top is just set. Take it out and set aside.
Bring the tomato sauce mixture back to boil over high heat. Add in the yellow chive, char siu, and scrambled egg. Turn off the heat. Mix it well and dish it up. Ganish it with green onion. Serve and enjoy!
