1tbspyogurt(fig3 / full fat / sweet)
½tspground black pepper
1tspsugar
1tspgarlic powder
2tsplight soy sauce

1tspcornstarch
1tspoil
Starch mixture
1tbspcornstarch

Instructions
Marinade the beef with the seasoning for at least 3 hour. Combine the sauce mixture together. Set it aside.
Heat the pan with 2 tsp of oil over high heat. Add in the beef. Pan fry until both sides are brown, about medium well done. Dish it up and set it aside.
Heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil over medium high heat. Stir fry the onion, shallots, garlic, and bell pepper until the ingredients are soft
Add in the sauce mixture. Gradually add the starch mixture until the sauce is thickened. Add back the beef and mix it well. Serve it hot.
