The previous air-fried sweet and sour pork was already delicious, but I felt the pork wasn't quite crispy enough. So this time, I stuffed the pork into pre-fried dough sticks and air-fried them again. The result? The pork turned out incredibly crispy, even more so than traditional deep-frying! Plus, the method is simpler and the success rate has increased significantly! 💯🍍 I have very high standards for sweet and sour pork sauce, as everyone knows 😏. After thorough research and refinement, this recipe is naturally smooth, with a fresh fruity aroma that's not overly sweet, making it incredibly appetizing 🤩. Many people who have tried it can't stop raving about it. I guarantee you'll fall in love with it at first bite! 🥳🌟 Highlight of this dishNo deep fry is needed: Healthier and simpler, with an explosion of crispy texture!Special sweet and sour sauce: Naturally smooth, bursting with fruity aroma, and incredibly appetizing.Simple and quick: The steps are simple and success rate is high

Tips and notes
1 -tamarind paste can be used instead of white vinegar to make other sweet and sour sauces, such as for tomato beef or Chinese-style beef tenderloin
2- Tamarind can be replace back with white vinegar. But the taste will be more spicy
3- You can use fresh pineapple instead of canned pineapple, and fresh pineapple juice instead of canned pineapple syrup. However, because the flavor of fresh pineapple can vary, you'll need to adjust the sauce accordingly depending on the situation.
