Ingredients
 

  • 500 g minced pork (don't seasoning it)
  • 400 g white radish (peeled / cut into pieces)
  • 250 g Butternut squash (or other pumpkin/peeled/cut into pieces)
  • 250 g Shirataki Noodle
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp diced green onions (garnish)
  • 2 tsp roasted sesame seed (garnish)

Seasoning

  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Sauce mixture

  • 400 ml chicken broth
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan over high heat. Add 1 tsp of oil. Stir fry the pork and loosen it. Add in the seasoning and mix it well. Stir fry until the pork is fully cooked. Drain it over a sieve and put it aside.
  • Add in the sauce mixture into a pot. Bring it to boil over high heat. Add in the radish, pork, noodle and butternut. Turn the heat to low. Simmer for 25 minutes with lid covered
  • Bring the sauce to boil over high heat. Season to taste. Add in sesame oil, green onion, sesame to garnish. Enjoy
