Ingredients
- 500 g minced pork (don't seasoning it)
- 400 g white radish (peeled / cut into pieces)
- 250 g Butternut squash (or other pumpkin/peeled/cut into pieces)
- 250 g Shirataki Noodle
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp diced green onions (garnish)
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seed (garnish)
Seasoning
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Sauce mixture
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 350 ml water
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Heat the pan over high heat. Add 1 tsp of oil. Stir fry the pork and loosen it. Add in the seasoning and mix it well. Stir fry until the pork is fully cooked. Drain it over a sieve and put it aside.
- Add in the sauce mixture into a pot. Bring it to boil over high heat. Add in the radish, pork, noodle and butternut. Turn the heat to low. Simmer for 25 minutes with lid covered
- Bring the sauce to boil over high heat. Season to taste. Add in sesame oil, green onion, sesame to garnish. Enjoy
