Ingredients
- 500 g minced pork
- 80 g red carrots (grated)
- 3 tbsp diced green onions
- 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
- 120 g shredded cheese (fig1)
- 1 pcs egg
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken powder (fig2)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (fig3 / gluten free)
Garnish
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Mix the pork and seasonings together until sticky, then add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Divide the mixture into 20-22 meatballs. Place them on the baking tray lined with parchment papaer
- Grill it in the oven with 220°C/425°F for 20-25 mins
- Dish the meatball on a plate and drizzle the honey on top. Enjoy!

1 Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
2 Air Fryer: airfry it with 190°C/375°F for 15-18 mins
3 Substitute suggestions for ingredient sensitivities: replace the egg with 2 tbsp of yogurt, substitute the meat with 350g of mashed potatoes, or omit the cheese if you have dairy sensitivities.
