南乳醬真係夠晒惹味,我個配方再加多些調味料令到味道更加惹味,今次用來做雞槌,但其實可以用來做雞翼,甚至用來整南乳雞都可以,可以話係萬用惹味南乳醬汁

Ingredients
- 950 g chicken drumsticks (about 12 pieces)
- 50 g all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
- 3 tbsp honey
Chicken seasoning
- 40 g Red fermented bean curd (fig1)
- 30 g fermented beancurd (fig2)
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp Chinese rose cooking wine (fig3)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp shacha sauce (fig4)
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cut the end of the chicken drumstick along the bone.. Marinade it for at least 1 hours
- Coat the drumsticks with flour evenly. Brush evenly with oil. Put it into the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
- Air fry it with 180°C/350°F for 18-20 mins
- Or oven roasted with 220°C/425°F for 25-30 mins
- Top with honey and serve it hot.
