Japanese beef and potato stew

Japanese beef and potato stew

薯仔燉牛肉
薯仔燉牛肉
This a really traditional and common dish in most Japanese home. It is simple but delicious. I have modified a bit the original recipe. The beef is more tender and moist. Try it once and I am sure you will love it

Other tips
1 You can replace the lemon juice with any citrus fruits or yogurt
2 To save time, you can use the slice beef for the hotpot. It doesn't require to marinade. The disadvantage is it a bit dry to eat. And the broth will be cloudy
3 If you want the beef taste even better, you can stir fry it over high heat until medium done before adding it to the broth.

點解影片無左你把聲架,個人好鍾意睇你教煮野食既其中原因,係你夠生鬼,無左你入鏡同聲演,好似無咁好味咁
