Golden cheesy meatballs

Adding the sweet potato to the meatballs, it can fill you up without eating too much meat. It is so simple to make. Put it in the oven for 30 mins and that's it. Simple and delicious

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g minced pork
  • 300 g sweet potato (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp diced coriander
  • 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 150 g shredded cheese

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour (or cornstarch)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pork and seasoning until the meat is sticky. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix it well.
  • Divide the mixture into 16 meatballs. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins. Flip it, air fry again 195°C/380°F for 8 mins

Notes

1 Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
2 For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 30-40 minutes. Flip once.
