- 6 tbsp coarse sweet potato starch
- 10 pcs Thai basil leaves
Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp Chinese 5 spices powder
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oil

Homemade salt & pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp Chinese 5 spices powder
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into a bite size. Marinade it with seasoning for 10 mins
- Coat evenly the chicken with sweet potato starch. Place them into preheated air fryer. Coat a thin layer of oil on top of the chicken
- Air fry it 200°C/400°F for 6 mins. Flip them over. Brush another thin layer of oil. Add in the basil leaves under the chicken pieces (so it won't fly away while air frying). Air fry again with 200°C/400°F for 4 mins
- In a frying pan, stir fry the salt and pepper ingredient over low heat for 2 mins. Drizzle it on the chicken. Enjoy

2 For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 15 minutes. Flip once.
