Equipment

Ingredients
- 14 pcs Chicken wings
- 350 g Shrimp
Filling
- 1 tbsp diced green onions
- 1 tbsp diced coriander
- 30 g bacon bits ( [fig1](非必要))
- 50 g shredded cheese ( [fig2])
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour (或粟粉 [fig3])
Seasoning for chicken wings
- 1 tsp chicken powder ( [fig4])
- 1 tsp garlic powder ( [fig5])
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder ( [fig6])
Seasoning for shrimps
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder ( [fig5])
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil ( [fig6])
Instructions
- Cut off the chicken drumette. Remove the bones of chicken wingette
- Marinate the chicken wings with seasoning for 30 minutes
- Wash the shrimps and dry it well. Smash the shrimps by using the side of the knife. Mix the shrimps with the seasoning and filling together
- Stuff the shrimp mixture into the chicken wingette
- Coat the chicken wings with flour. Top with some oil, and air fry at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes
- Flip the wings over. Air fry at 200°C/390°F for 5 mins. Dish it up and enjoy.

Frying or baking method:
Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then add 3 tbsp of water. Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
Baked at 200°C/390°F for 15-20 minutes. Flip once.
