Crispy shrimps balls

A simple but delicious recipe. The shrimps balls is crispy outside but tender inside. It won't need to deep fried. So it is health and simple to make.

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g minced pork
  • 150 g Shrimp (shell removed)
  • 3 tbsp diced coriander
  • 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 10 pcs spring roll wrappers

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Mince the shrimps finely. Add in to the pork and mix it until the mixture is sticky.
  • Add in the seasoning and the rest of ingredients. Mix it well
  • Slice the spring roll wrapper (6cm long x 0.5cm wide). Add in 1 tbsp of oil and mix it well
  • Divide the mixture into 14-16 balls. Wrap it with the spring roll wrapper slices
  • Put the patties into air fry. Air fry it with 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
  • Flip the shrimps ball over. Air fry it 200°C/400°F for another 8 mins. Serve it hot

Other cooking method

  • Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4-6 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
  • For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 25-30 minutes. Flip once.
