A simple but delicious recipe. The shrimps balls is crispy outside but tender inside. It won't need to deep fried. So it is health and simple to make.

Ingredients
- 400 g minced pork
- 150 g Shrimp (shell removed)
- 3 tbsp diced coriander
- 40 g onion (peeled and diced)
- 1 pcs egg
- 10 pcs spring roll wrappers
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Mince the shrimps finely. Add in to the pork and mix it until the mixture is sticky.
- Add in the seasoning and the rest of ingredients. Mix it well
- Slice the spring roll wrapper (6cm long x 0.5cm wide). Add in 1 tbsp of oil and mix it well
- Divide the mixture into 14-16 balls. Wrap it with the spring roll wrapper slices
- Put the patties into air fry. Air fry it with 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
- Flip the shrimps ball over. Air fry it 200°C/400°F for another 8 mins. Serve it hot
Other cooking method
- Frying pan method: You can use medium heat, pan fry for 4-6 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is enough to cover half of the ingredients
- For oven bake: Baked at 220°C/425°F for 25-30 minutes. Flip once.
