Ingredients
- 950 g Spare ribs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Fried garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (fig1)
- 1 tbsp shacha sauce (fig2)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chicken powder (fig3)
- 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (fig4)
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce (fig5)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt (fig6)
- 1 pcs egg
Coating
- 40 g all purpose flour (fig7)
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices powder (fig8)
Instructions
- Marinade the spare ribs with the seasoning for at least 1 hour (3 hours is recommened)
- Coat each spare ribs with the coating.
- Put the spare ribs in preheated air fry. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 12 mins
- Turn the spare ribs. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
- Dish the ribs up. Drizzle the honey and fried garlic. Enjoy!
