Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 950 g Spare ribs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Fried garlic

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (fig1)
  • 1 tbsp shacha sauce (fig2)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chicken powder (fig3)
  • 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (fig4)
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce (fig5)
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (fig6)
  • 1 pcs egg

Coating

  • 40 g all purpose flour (fig7)
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices powder (fig8)

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the spare ribs with the seasoning for at least 1 hour (3 hours is recommened)
  • Coat each spare ribs with the coating.
  • Put the spare ribs in preheated air fry. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 12 mins
  • Turn the spare ribs. Air fry 190°C/375°F for 8 mins
  • Dish the ribs up. Drizzle the honey and fried garlic. Enjoy!

Grilling in oven: Grill it in oven 200°C/390°F for 25-35 mins. Flip once

通少,請問麵粉可轉用低筋或高筋粉嗎?如可以的話,高或低那個比較好,謝謝
