復活節不一定要做復活蛋,利用忌廉芝士,曲奇和朱古力,作出蛋糕棒棒糖,簡單易做,應節又好玩

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Oreo cookies
  • 115 g cream cheese (soften)
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 適量 sprinkles (作裝飾用)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Oreo cookie into crumbs
  • Add in cream cheese and mix it well
  • 將曲奇混合物用手壓成12-16個實淨的雞蛋形圓球,放入冰箱冰15分鐘
  • Melted 20g of white chocolate. Dip a bit on the end of the cake pop stick. And insert it into the frozen mixture. Freeze the cake pop for at least 3 hours
  • 將餘下白朱古力用熱水隔水坐至溶化,
  • Dip each cake pop into the white chocolate
  • Drip exceed chocolate. Decorate it with sprinkle before the chocolate is firmed
  • Let the cake pop in the foam stand and let it dry.
  • Put the cake pop in the fridge and wait for 1 hours. Bring it back to room temperature before serve.

Tips and notes
1- Cream cheese needs to be soften
2 The chocolate mixture need to be very firm before poke in the sticks
3 Divide the mixture into different batch. Work one batch at a time.
4 The mixture need to be freezing before coating with chocolate
5 Decorate the cake pop before the chocolate is set and firm
