The best of this recipe is using the shrimps broth created by the shell of the shrimps. It put the creamy sauce to another level. You must try it out and you will never go back to the original creamy sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 40 g onion (cut into pieces)
- 2 portion Pasta (any kind)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
shrimp seasoning
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce mixture (see instruction below)
- 300 ml shrimp broth
- 20 ml cream
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup Mozzarella (or slices of cheese)
Instructions
- Clean well the shrimps. Marinade it with seasoning for 15 mins
- Cook the pasta as per package instruction until al dente
- While cooking pasta, heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil over medium high heat. Pan fry the shrimps until both side are golden (about 1-2 min per side)
- Remove the shrimp. Clean the pan. Add in the flour and stir fry for 1 mins. Add in the butter and mix it well. Add in the shrimp broth until smooth and thick
- Turn the heat to low. Add in the cream, sugar, cheese until everything is well combined. Add in the cooked shrimp and pasta. Mix it well and dish it up. Enjoy
Shrimp broth steps
- Clean the shrimp shell and dry it well
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Add 2 pcs of shallots and 2 clove of garlic. Stir fry for 2 mins
- Add in the shrimp shell and stir fry for 2 min. Add in 400 ml of chicken broth
- Bring it to boil. Turn the heat to low. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 25 mins.
Notes
Better to finish the pasta and the sauce mixture together to have optimized result
If the sauce is too thick, add some water to the sauce
